S200 ESC retail package, open box

Specifying an ESC for a 30 kg-Payload Industrial Multi-Rotor

On a 30 kg-payload airframe the ESC is not a commodity — it is the component that decides whether your thrust budget survives a hot-day takeoff.

Three rules from our integration bench

1. Size for thermal, not peak. Continuous current at full hover-plus throttle matters more than burst ratings; a S200-class ESC with FOC-class control keeps efficiency in the cruise band where the mission actually lives.

2. Demand ESD-hardened assembly. Field spares live in hard cases and get handled with gloves in dust — packaging is part of the spec (see the S200 shielded packaging notes).

3. Buy the matched set. ESC, motor and propeller must be validated as one propulsion unit — that is how we ship powertrain sets, with thrust curves on request.
