How to Choose in This Family

  • Field of view. 42° observation class (NH921/NH7/NH8XX/NH8XD) versus 50° head-mounted wide-field (DTS-31N/DTS-14).
  • One unit or a system. Combinable members (NH8XX/NH8XD) cover both binocular and two-monocular duty with one purchase.
  • Recording and thermal. Only the NH921 carries video output and the NH921T thermal-fusion upgrade path.
  • Runtime. DTS-14 runs 80 h on low light — the long-shift pick.

Where this model sits: DTS-14 is 240 g.
