Silent Hydrogen Generator 1.6 & 3.2 kW for Field Operations

ZH-HP hydrogen generator side view

The ZH-HP series converts hydrogen into quiet, low-heat electricity — 1.6 kW or 3.2 kW of AC power for bases, border posts and drone teams, with an operating surface temperature below 70 °C and more than twice the energy efficiency of a combustion generator of the same class (manufacturer specification)†.

Why “Silent” Is a Specification, Not a Slogan

  • Low thermal signature. Working surface below 70 °C — no glowing exhaust, minimal infrared footprint compared with fuel gensets.
  • >2× the efficiency of equivalent combustion generators — more mission hours per cylinder.
  • No fumes, no fuel spill risk — water vapor is the only exhaust; safe near personnel, equipment and in enclosed camps.
  • Compared with fuel gensets (category-level): combustion generators of this class run hot, loud and with exhaust; the ZH-HP trades them for quiet operation and low heat — sized for night operations and noise-sensitive sites.

Charge Your Drone Fleet Anywhere

Pair the ZH-HP with fast chargers to recharge drone batteries where no grid exists — the generator supplies the AC input, your chargers do the rest. One 3.2 kW unit supports a small fleet’s charging cycle through the mission day. This “generator + charger” pairing turns any border post or vehicle into a self-sufficient drone base.

Applications

Border posts & checkpoints | Emergency command camps | Pipeline & mine site bases | Surveillance teams | Drone field charging

Frequently Asked Questions

How silent is the generator? It is designed for low acoustic signature with an operating surface below 70 °C (manufacturer specification); measured sound-pressure figures will be published as they are verified on test benches.

What can a 1.6 kW / 3.2 kW unit power? Communications equipment, lighting, laptops, medical devices and drone battery chargers — the 3.2 kW runs a small drone team’s full charging cycle.

How is hydrogen supplied? Standard industrial cylinders; consumption depends on load. Our proposal includes cylinder sizing and change-out schedule for your duty cycle.

Is it safe indoors? It produces no combustion exhaust — only water vapor — and runs without fuel storage hazards of gensets; site placement guidance is included with delivery.

Can I pair it with your drones? Yes — the generator plus fast chargers is our standard field-kit pairing for HPD and VTOL operations (see field power guide).
